I saw this in my chiropractor's office and other places, and I liked it and printed it up and put it on the corner table: "If you are not happy with the services you're getting, Please tell me. If you are happy with the services, please tell a friend." I don't bring it up. It's just there for them to read. Next to the box of tissues. If they notice it.
